Alpha Networks is the exclusive technical and business partner for the deployment of blackpills’ SVOD platform for several telecom operators in Europe and coming regions.
The new platform by the French production and distribution company dedicated to short-form content is premiering in Spain with brand Telefónica/Movistar and it is available since July 19th, 2021.
In the aim of an international expansion plan for 2021, including new distribution deals already signed with the biggest operators in Europe and new targets such as Latam and the Middle East regions, blackpills turned to Alpha Network to launch fastly dedicated mobile applications relying on each operator’s single sign-on authentication process.

Originally adopting a freemium model, blackpills moved to Subscription Video-on-Demand and distribution by operators in 2019.
To do so, blackpills selected Bee product. The cloud video platform by Alpha Networks allows metadata ingestion through Tucano software and standard drivers for content ingestion and processing.
Alpha Networks also provides its white-label application with advanced design system, perfectly matching blackpills’ identity.
Gecko, the well renowned standard application by Alpha Networks’ design studio easily adapts to any brands’ guidelines. It is ready to deploy on Bee platform, enabling content producers and operators to quickly launch their solution on the market.
The cherry on the cake of Alpha Networks’ offering is content animation functionality, the easy-to-use, collaborative tool to handle content editing and enhance the publication on the front-end with captivating designs.
